Soybean isolate protein is a full-valued protein food additive produced from low-temperature desolubilized soybean meal. The protein content of soybean protein isolate is more than 90%, and there are nearly 20 kinds of amino acids, and contains essential amino acids. It is rich in nutrients and cholesterol-free, and is one of the few vegetable proteins that can replace animal proteins.

Raw material: soybean low temperature soybean meal

Product: soybean protein isolate

By-product: soybean dietary fiber

Uses: food additives, health products raw materials (protein content of 90% or more)

Process features: the use of alkali dissolution, acid sinking process to separate out the fiber and protein in low-temperature soybean meal, protein after homogenization, high-temperature sterilization, spray drying to obtain soybean isolate protein. High protein content, high water consumption, supporting water treatment facilities are required.
