From pure animal fat to animal oil, this procession can be easily achieved just by one set of animal oil refinery equipment. So, how does animal oil be refined by refining equipment?

Animal oil refining equipment is equipped with intelligent machinery and equipment during the processing of raw material unpacking and crushing, preheating and thawing, negative pressure melting, vacuum dehydration and deodorization, oil residue separation, pressing, filtration. It is a one-stop operation, not only clean but environmentally friendly.

1. Crushing: After unpacking the frozen board raw materials/fresh materials, they are transported by scraper conveyor to the crusher and crushed into uniform granules to increase the surface area of raw materials and improve the boiling speed and oil yield. 

2. Pre-thawing: the crushed raw material enters the preheating pot at high temperature and is heated and stirred by heat-conducting oil to reach a solid-liquid mixture suitable for vacuum conveying, which is convenient for subsequent oil boiling.

3. Simmering: the preheating into a solid-liquid mixed state of raw materials into the boiling pot heating and boiling, and turn on the vacuum jet pump to make the pot appear negative pressure state. Guorui horizontal negative pressure vacuum boiling pot is equipped with stirring device and automatic cleaning device, the material is heated evenly without sticking to the pot, which can effectively prevent the scorching of raw materials.

4. Dehydration and deodorization: Under vacuum, the water vapor and odor molecules generated during the boiling of raw materials are quickly separated from the oil and grease and enter the water spray deodorization tower with the flow of vacuum pipeline.

5. Oil residue separation, pressing and filtration: the oil residue mixture after refining enters the oil residue separator for coarse separation of oil residue, and the oil residue larger than 0.5mm enters the oil press through the oil residue scraper, and the oil residue is pressed into oil cake, which can be used as animal feed; the micro-fine oil residue and gross oil mixture is pumped into the vane filter for fine filtration to get the finished oil.
