Edible Oil Pre-treatment

Oilseed pretreatment is an important process in the processing of edible oil. The purpose is to clean up the impurities in the oilseed and improve the quality of the oil. After the oilseed is crushed and flaked, the oil can be extracted quickly by machine pressing or solvent extraction.

It usually consists of a series of processes: drying, screening separation, hulling,crushing, softening, flaking, expanding, cooking and oil pressing.

Equipped with pre-treatment (or pre-press) complete equipment with a production capacity of 10~20000 t/d.

The process of edible oil pretreatment project is as follows:

Oil Seeds→Cleaning→Specific gravity stoner→Magnetic Selection→Cracking→Softening→Flaking→Cooking→To Oil Press/Extraction
